These terms govern access to Agenty, Luna, and SmartStart.us services. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful, authorized business purposes.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the content, contacts, workflows, permissions, notices, and approvals you configure or submit.

Human accountability

Luna assists with approved workflows. It does not replace professional judgment, emergency response, regulated decisions, or a required human review. You must set escalation paths and review outputs appropriate to your use case.

Trials and service availability

Trials are limited, may be changed or ended, and do not guarantee a production deployment. Availability, features, pricing, and support are governed by the applicable order, agreement, or plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, mislead people about whether they are interacting with AI, evade consent requirements, or introduce harmful or unauthorized automation.

Before production launch: counsel must complete these terms with the contracting entity, governing law, limitation-of-liability, payment, and dispute terms.
